Caller: Melissa

Hi this is Melissa, from Bay Audio to make your appointment for a hearing test. (She rang my mobile phone and addressed me by my first name). I explained I dont have a hearing problem, and I asked her where did you get my phone number from?" She then hung up.

Has called me 11 times in the last week. Answered once and got silence and then hung up.

I suspect it is a scammer.

I missed the call so phoned back. She claimed to be from the Hearing Clinic and told me my appointment was due. I told her I'd never been to the Hearing Clinic. Pretty sure it was an Indian scammer
