Have added to my scam contact and blocked caller.. really sick of incoming call, and hangups.

Scam caller with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Caller: Someone offering Solar Rebates

Offering solar rebates, when rang back recorded message with accent saying " message box full at this time". Scam blocked.

Unknown number went through to voicemail, then hung up no message

call picked up, wait for the other side to talk, but got hanged up instead.

Robot checking if call is getting picked up. Do not answer to avoid getting further spam calls.

Caller said it was about government rebate for solar.
