foreigners claiming to be from "VIC solar energy program" asking if I had solar panels installed

Caller: Jessie, American accent, Solar Panels.

calling about solar panels and just hung up when I said we already have them... rude!!!

Scam call, claiming to be from the solar rebate programme.

Didn't answer it. My phone told me it was a potential fraud.

They called, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message, I didn't call them back. Another waste of time scumbag most likely.

Usual call where initially No response when answering . Connected and hangs up.

Answered the call, hey hung up without a word spoken so that number joins many other blocked numbers.

It seems the Australian Federal government and the Victorian Labor government have employed Indian consultants to terrorise Australian households with idiotic schemes under the guise of saving the planet. All the governments are doing is pissing our money up against the wall and giving the Indians an excuse to call you at will. Tell them both to get stuffed.

I didn’t answer the call as the number was unknown to me. Reading the comments here I’m glad I didn’t. Caller now blocked

About time the govt did something about these 'solar' calls. Sick of them. More often than not they just hang up when you answer. Ring back, number not connected
or permanently engaged. Can't even block them, they just use another number.

I answered call, but the caller spoke, I said I couldn’t hear them. They promptly hung up. I called back only to be told by a recording that their message bank was full.!!!

Claim to be from NBN and call incessantly throughout the day every day. So much for the do not call register. It is 10 times worse since we went on that.
