Caller: Bank scammer The person will say they are from a well-known bank and you have purchased goods for $500. Then they start asking for your bank details.

Caller: telstra (claimed) claimed to be from telstra but when I asked for telstra ID they hung up

Said they were from Telstra and were putting fibre optic cable in our street. They were going to give me a new modem etc. Cost would be $4-45. On checking my account they TRIED to get $1925.45.
