Caller: Heavily accented and can ‘tmy understand

They leave a jumbled heavily accented message.

I cannot understand the name of the company.

I have had numerous calls from this number.

When I call back they put me on hold for 30 minutes then hang up.

An attempt to send a message to that number fails.
