recorded mssg saying from visa security dept and i had 2 transactions on my visa and to press 1 if i did not authorise the transactions valued $300 + $1300 each

They left an automated message in English saying ???Professional services. For English press 1, for Chinese - and then I let it run and someone started speaking (Chinese?) and I heard TNT and then silence.
