They talk quickly saying they are a company that you have purchased from they say the amount mine was $2,704.00 and give you numbers to press to cancel, refund, or talk to a representive. if you stay silent they hang up.
dont press any number, its a scam to get your phone details. and also bank details if you call it back. its a message saying mail box full. which it isnt. but they know you have called back so they will try again and again.
block the number.

Caller: Possible scammer

It’s clearly a scam caller from an Indian call centre. The Indian man said his name was Michael calling from Telstra about my home internet (don’t even have a connection), I said to him that I know he’s not calling from Telstra and asked who he actually is (Telstra employees, even if foreign are required to provide their real names), he replied “I just told you I’m Telstra, use your f*cking brain”.

I then told him that he can’t be calling from Telstra as I use Optus, he then replied “f*ck you, stop wasting my f*cking time, I’ll come f*ck you up the arse”.

This is a genuine experience.

Rang, wanting to talk to me about my Telstra IP address. SCAM CALL

Calls and I answer it and it was a scam called back vm full

Did not leave message ( very similar call received yesterday at the same time from (03) 7042 7586 )
