Another one. Once they get hold of your number they will persist in calling even if you never answer the phone. And they never bother to speak, of course. There must be something that can be done about this. (Yes, people, I can block the number; but every time I have to do that I first have to unblock a previously stored number because my phone, a perfectly good modern one, will only store 30 blocked numbers. These days I need 300.)
There must be some action that can be taken to stop this plague of scam calls.

Tries to act like they are from ANZ bank… Asking for my bank account and login when I clearly do not have an ANZ bank account… Get out from your call centre chair and come meet me in person and maybe I will give you $50 plus a free Airbnb stay at the popo station…

Called and asked if I had received the free government refrigerator so I hung up on them, they called back 2 minutes later and when I asked them to stop calling because they are a scam they argued with me and said I knew nothing and how were they a scam when they never asked for business details and then they hung up on me

Called yesterday left no message!
Called again today, hung up as soon as I answered!

Yet another scamming scum-of-the-earth to drive innocent people crazy. They butt into your life and then don't even speak. It surely cannot be beyond the capacity of modern technology to identify spoofed phone numbers and block them.
