Just won't go away. Have called me once or twice a day for weeks on end. You'd think if they really wanted to make contact they'd leave a message. However, I don't know who it is because they don't leave a message. So their number is blocked...

No inbound calls scam

Caller: Unsure - they said Google

Got a call from "Google" late March 2021, male, Indian accent, wanting to check if business details were correct. Had just closed my business that week and said so. He ended the call, didn't think much of it as there was no info to give away.
No calls during April but have started receiving them almost daily in May. Usually the phone rings once or twice and it comes up as a missed call, no message. Sometimes I answer in time and then I get a hang up.
Not sure what they're after but I just blocked the number.

Same as everyone else. Claimed to be from GoogleMaps. Wanting to verify my business details. Guy with Indian accent. Definitely a scammer. Blocked.

Indian accent guy said he was from Google Maps. Just asked if <Company Name> was on <Street Name> and then if operating hours were <start> till <finish>. Then just said thanks and hung up

Called from "google maps" to ask if business details were correct, refused to send an email saying it needed to be done over the phone.

said he called from Google maps. never received a call as such in past. Sounded Scam as he could no even pronounce my office address correctly.

Called from ‘Google Maps’. Asking if my business details were correct. Couldn’t answer any of my questions but kept repeating herself. Said I could hang up and call the number back and it would take me to Googles voice mail. Very suspicious. Said I would deal with it later when I get contacted via email and she went quiet. Couldn’t even read my correct opening hours to me that I have just updated.
