Random lady talking in Chinese or similar, left a voicemail that ran until the voicemail timed out.

Definitely spam. They called on my backup phone the number for which is never used externally.

This call showed as coming from Melbourne, Victoria. I answered the call but heard no voice, only the sound of the call being terminated (from the other end). When I called the number back a recorded male voice thanked me for calling "Tiger Brokers" and launched into a spiel about all the advantages they offered. I terminated the call before hearing the entire message. As far as I can tell, this was some sort of scam attempt. At the very least it was a nuisance call.

Automatically Blocked By My Phone. Leaves A Voicemail Automatically If Not Picked Up. Voice Message Says "Press One Chinese, Press Two For English, Notification From The Immigration Bureau", Then Starts Speaking Chinese.
