Caller: Immigration bureau/ tiger trade

I received a call from this number and it came up with a warning for suspicious call pattern. I accepted the call and at first it was an automated message stating it was an immigration bureau and then transitioned to Chinese before it hung up. I called back again to hopefully speak with whoever was running this scam and it went to a different automated message saying it was a company called tiger trade. The number comes from Melbourne but I can’t find any information on who this number belongs to
