Caller: Claiming to be calling on behalf of State Gov Frequent callers from number range 03 7033 xxxx and 03 7031 xxxx advising of government offers for power monitors/power points/solar panels/shower heads etc. I only say hello now and wait, sometimes someone starts talking and before they start the spiel I cut them off and say something like "I'm homeless, unless you can get my car energy efficient piss off' or "I live in a serviced apartment, I don't care" and "take me off whatever list you found me on"
