A lady spoke to me when i answered the call, she said she was from a government agency and are installing door seals in a specific area. I told her i didn't even live in that area. A few days later she called me again and said they were going to be in my area on a particular date and asking lots of questions. When I told them i wouldn't be home on that day the lady was very persistent, i told her i was at work and needed to hang up the phone the same number called me 3 times after I hung up.
