My phone detected this call with message as spam, I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

I called them back and Optus advises the number has been disconnected
SCAM for sure!

December 2022 and they are still trying (noted complaints from April 2022 in these messages). Why do the telcos not disconnect these scamming phone numbers?

Call every 20 to 40 minutes because I refused their proposal calls are 24 hours a day. Criminal spammers

same as others call is blocked however they try up to 20 times in sequence every second day. One desperate scammer.

Rang back 2 times, thought they had me. Asked about recent transactions and where, needed to check my details to reverse a charge from Amazon. Very polished accent but threw out too many madams. Had my address though which was disturbing!

Called during work hours, I answered and then they disconnected.

An Energy comparison company. Person with Indian accent in a call centre (I could hear the other conversations happening around her). Would not listen to my polite comments of not being interested. i had to hang up on person.
