Caller: Claimed NBN

Said my internet had been hacked and used for illegal activity that's why it's slow. Wanted me to use a compatible device to show me. Said I had no time. Very pushy about calling back.

Indian lady saying she was from the NBN.... said I don’t have NBN & hung up. Tried again later. Grrrr!

Sophy tried to tell me that she is NBN and that my internet is compromised.

On another day, a bloke, from the same number told me that he is my internet provider and that my ip address sends weird signals.

I ask him what my ip-address is and he got that wrong :-D

Dont waste time, block

Googled this number and found this page, yep, definitely scammer! Isn't it illegal these days?!

Caller: Said From Telstra

Scammers/hackers trying to gain access to my computer pretending to be from Telstra.

I answered and they hung up immediately

Didn't answer and they did t leave a message.

when i called them back they said they were from SkyTech most likely the sales and marketing area?? always getting these scams from Melbourne. Worst thing about mobile phones these days

Caller: Power call call centre scammers and calling more than once

Received 2 from this mob, changed a fidget got one from (03) 7032 6061 also telemarketing call centre , all foreign sounding blocked both numbers

Have called twice. There was a delay when I answered and they asked for the wrong person.

Said hello ( did not give my name ) as had 2 other calls from a different no calling twice in 2 hours from power company, it came up as Australia suspect another scam call
