Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Caller: Heard phone, no message Dialled star/ten/hash and was given the number. Phoned it, it did not answer. I hung up then within one or two minutes an Asian [?] rang back. I answered and he used my name. When I asked where he was calling from his answer was "power share" OR "pur share" or similar. Just hung up. Cannot find a business with this name.
