Caller: Offering free led lights to home

Accent person saying they can replace light bulbs in my house with free smart led ones hang up

Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Received phone call from this number this afternoon (17/12/21) and let it go to voice mail. No message left.

Nuisance call. Do not answer.

Called me twice today. I blocked the number.

Keeps hanging up everytime I answer - when I call back it doesn’t ring and just says to leave a meaaage

this number "GIVEN" > 03 ( Victorian prefix ? ) 701 955 48 called "15/12/21" time at :
2;41am ? ( Not being > AEST > = "am" ? ) and didn,t ask for an individual nor seeking help ? Presumed mistaken call or deemed a scammer / pure bogus intent ? Above peoples posted comment,s from around Australia believe a hoax or scam caller ?

Never answer unknown numbers on our landline.
Unfortunately these type of calls are getting later & later.
Very, very annoying & frustrated that nothing can be done about them.
Or can they?
