Caller: Pay Pal Tried to tell me they were going to deduct my account (which I don't have) $299.99 if I didn't call them back immediately

I wouldn’t answer the call because I looked at the number it said scam so I blocked it immediately and also closed down my PayPal account because I don’t think it’s safe to have a PayPal account anymore

Caller: Claimed to be PayPal and said I needed to press 2 or 2 to have it paid/cancelledoing to deduct $299.99 if I didn't call them back Robocall

Claimed to be Paypal and that they were going to deduct $300 from my account and to call them back.
Won't call them back as then they probably will deduct money from my account.
