Caller: Telstra? Or not... Apparently it was Telstra, asking if I was connected to the NBN (even though Telstra would know that). Then asked me if I was happy with their service or wanted any upgrades, even though I am not the account holder, just a business employee. Given that they have been very strict in the past about who they discuss the account with, and this person didn't even ask my name or seem bothered when I said I wasn't the account holder, I'm thinking this is a scam to get personal details.
