Caller: Claims to be Visa & Mastercard

A well spoken voice claims that there is a transaction for something like $1,369 and if we want to dispute it, please press '1'.
Clearly a scam. The voice is a perfect clear accent-free voice which is quite convincing. Don't press '1' !!! Hang up.

Called my mobile & they didn’t leave voicemail message on it

Voice mail message saying that the Vodafone service would be out of service soon - I'm on Optus!!!

Recorded message about a problem with a VISA card that I don't have, says Press One to speak to someone. If you do press one just to see what scam it is, you're encouraging them to call back. Remember, it makes no difference what you say to them, their database just records that you answered and were willing to talk. FOr them that's enough since statistically you're now closer to the type they can get something out of.
The best thing to do is hang up as soon as you hear a recorded voice, or ideally block the call
