Trying to sell Solar (rebates mentioned). Sure sounds like a scam although they didn't conceal the number.

Yeah, they say say they are doing "feed-back followups", but they didn't have a name, or upon me questioning it, what type of system, or anything else that has been complained about the system we have: a fluke? Or they got the number from a database of complaints or something.

it rang a few minutes ago: One of those fake locality numbers, that of course leave no message. I researched a little, and it looks like you'll incur a charge, even if only just answering (picking up) the phonecall
