Caller: MyNorth (AMP) Back office MyNorth staff (Indian accent) calling my mobile on 23/1/2026 to confirm closure of my account with me, prior to transfer of my cash float to a nominated bank account (under my new product provider). Closure was instigated by me – through my NEW financial adviser – 4 weeks prior. AMP was just 'getting to it'.
