I returned their call, legitimate call from Covid at Home regarding recent positive test.

Caller: Health Dept - Human Services

I returned call also are recieving sms saying the Health Dept would be calling due to my recent Positive Covid Test. Legitimate number and not spam.

Says mobile number is disconnected

They call. They leave a message. Either they are going to call soon or they will call again tomorrow. its Gippsland Region Public Heath Unit. A COVID related service. I have COVID an each time they call im in bed asleep. trying to recover. WTF. when I call back they say. " your call cannot be connected.". I am totall sick of our public service. either be contactable or FO.

They called my work claimed they have spoken to me to promote their services so more patients can find us. I highly fishy about it all as I don't recall anything from them

Supposedly trying to contact about a positive covid test. Answered and it immediately disconnected. Can't call back. Not particularly helpful.

Had a text saying I’d get a call re quarantine as I reported pos RAT. I answered both times but they hung up. I called back and call could not be connected. Don’t know what to think.

legitimate call from Care Pathway Covid at Home. A text message usually precedes the call asking you to pick up when the call comes through. You would only get this call if you have registered a positive covid test

Rings my mobile regularly. Never leaves a message. I have had to silence this caller.
