Caller: NAB card transaction dispute NAB just called me and then emailed regarding a dispute I had with a transaction on my card (which I sorted out myself) This dispute was lodged on the 5th of June, today is the 18th of August. 11 weeks later! NAB certainly aren't winning any awards for customer service as far as I'm concerned

This was a call from NAB dispute which was raised on 23 Aug 2022, called back on 3rd July 2023 and asked all the information that was originally provided in dispute form and said will get an update by end of day next day which did not happen

Thanks for the great info from everyone, like the other person here I raised a dispute with NAB on 02 Feb23, they have just got back to me saying they couldn't resolve it and it has been closed - today is 18th May 2023!!! I just got a call , when I answered they hung up - unprofessional NAB!!

Caller: Said they were from NAB card disputes Said there was a dispute over a Visa card payment - which I knew nothing about. When I gave my name and address they hung up! Not much of a service, if it really is NAB which I doubt!

Used screen call to see who it was, they hung up and didn't say who they were. Could've been directed to me if it were an issue.
