Said they were calling from Telstra technical dpt(?!) I am so sick of these scam artists. When is something going to be done about it? I am on the do not call register and I am a silent number. I definitely think that these scammers are getting our numbers from Telstra. They are either being sold by telstra workers or telstra workers are trying to scam customers (in their own time). That's my theory, and I'm sticking to it!!

Caller: Pakistani sounding people with very noisy background of other like callers in large room with echoing.

Sick of this number preying on my elderly Mother. I have educated her how to treat these horrible fake Telstra calls. They say her internet is being accessed by unauthorised people trying to get into her private business. Then ask to turn on the laptop and log in so they can fix the problem. They were persistent after one of their staff obviously couldn't give me answers to my questions so they put on another staff who said they were Head of the technical dept. What a load of @."/. Even that head person got stumped and hung up. They phone around 6.30- 7pm. Annoying family time. Telstra just doesn't do that!
