I don’t know who called me and even called 5 times to me that so annoy me

I don't have an electricity bill. They need to STOP. I GET MULTIPLE CALLS FROM RANDOM NUMBERS ASKING ABOUT AN ELECTRICITY BILL WHICH I DON'T HAVE.

Blocked them before they got the chance to pester me!

These thick-faced telemarketers should by now realized that no "sane" household would want to talk to them. If I need anything to know, I dial-in the real legitimate power providers. Freaking tele marketers, get this: you don't call me, I call you simple!!!

they get you name from a database
they share databases amongst telemarketers and scammers
tell them you're not who they think and ask to be removed from their list
expect a few follow up calls from different numbers of coming days/weeks

Called left no message - definitely a scam number

Claimed to know where I was.

Number didn't answer when I called it back.
