Got multiple calls from this number. When I answered it was just lots of noise, clearly a lot of voices in the background. After a few seconds someone answered me saying hello.

had 3 calls from this number since 23rd Feb 2018 and just now. if they dont bother to leave voice message then i dont bother to answer. adding this number to my Blocklist nuisance callers.
