Caller: Unknown Caller claimed to be from Australian Bureau of Statistics, wanting to do a survey. Strange? Census is due in coming months. Sounds like a scammer

Caller: Said they were ABS Said they were ABS conducting short census, only 5 questions. Subcontinental operator in call centre. Asked about marital status, home owner vs mortgage, work PT vs FT and combined income over 100k. No other more personal info or numbers/passwords requested. In retrospect I don’t think they were ABS at all.

Caller: "ABS" Another overseas call centre. Says they are the Australian Bureau of Statistics and want you to answer questions. When you decline they get pushy. Not professional enough for a legitimate organisation.
