Caller: Someone claiming to be from Tesltra

A call allegedly from Hobart. It was someone with a very thick accent. There was a lot of background noise. They claimed they were calling from Tesltra's technical department, and that my service is being switched off tomorrow. I asked whose service, and they told me they could not tell me that. I asked what name is associated with the account, and they told me they could not tell me that. I asked how they could be calling to switch off a service they couldn't identify. They told me they could identify it by my phone number. I told them that if they were actually calling from Telstra they would be able to identify who I am. They then called me a "b*tch", told me to "shut your mouth" three times, then hung up.
