Caller: "A bank" Robo voice talking about a visa payment. Obvious scam. Hung up. They are stupid to think anyone would respond to a robovoice notice claiming to be Visa. Wastes their time and phone charges and my time. Dumb dumb and dumber! Add to the list.........
