Yet another of the Hobart, Tasmania Spam calls. Also had (03) 6184 7356, (03) 6184 7341

Caller: A quietly spoken Heather Thomas

Claiming to be from My Community Fundraiser seeking donations for financially distressed women in my community. I asked her if she knew where I live and where my community is located. She then started fudging answers, finally admitting she did not know where my particular community is. I politely said goodbye.

but also using numbers (03) 6184 7374, 7362, 7347. etc

Went to call back some ten times. No answer. Its a scam. I wish I could get there address so I can go and visit them.
They would not ring my number ever again.
What we need is account ability from who ever called you.

No-one there immediately when I answered, hung up. Also called today with another number (03) 6184 7374, so they have a group of them

Surely something can be done to catch these scammers. Where is our protection

Spam - fundraiser for community - blocked

same deal I don't answer calls or call back numbers I don't recognise if they will not leave a message with a purpose.

Have started to get lots of calls from Tasmania, where I know no-one, don't answer and no messages are left. I block the number but still get them just from different extensions.

Didn’t pick up . Scam mostly.

Two calls, several days apart, but no message left on either occasion.
