No info as to who this is called twice in 12 hours and hangs up when answered

It's a call centre as a call received the day before was from 7331. Just don't answer calls that are not on your contacts list. Genuine callers would leave a message.

Why can’t our government stop these calls.

i no longer answer phone calls if i don't know who is calling. So, i came to google the number and saw how many complaints there were, so i wrote 'pest' next to the number, to keep on my phone in case they call again.

yesterday 7304 rang. Today is 7302. I just block them and dont answer. What else can I do

Caller: A group called UR COMMUNITY

They asked for a donation to support Australians - about food security. It was an unsolicited call and they didnt provide much info about themselves. Seems fishy to me.
