Will usually call, connect and hang up or sometimes only ring briefly. My advice: Just ignore the 03 6164 range as it's not in Tas.

They ring and as soon as you say anything they hang up. Most likely a robo-call to see if your number is active. I only answered it because it showed Hobart as the origin.
