Caller: Solar Rebate?? I called this number to see if they would answer as they kept calling and hanging up. A rude Asian man, reading from a script rambled on about solar panels and kept asking if i was paying the electric bill. ANNOYING

Keep calling, when answered they hang up. I called back and a foreign voice said hello and then hung up
