Called me just now 11.00am Perth time but I did not answer the unknown number and a message was left for me to call my Message Bank 321. When I called 321 it was redirected to a number which it dialled with no input from me. The call was answered by a guy who introduced himself 'Garry from COMPARE & SEE'. I hung up.
