When u answer hangs up and when u call back it says your call isn't requiring urgent attention and somebody will call u back in time

Answered call and someone said they were looking for my husband's name on my number saying he had filled out a competition entry at a service station or something and they just wanted to ask a few more questions before the entry could go into the draw which would be drawn later in the month. I know for a fact my husband wouldn't fill out an entry form and if he did, he wouldn't use my number and I know I certainly didn't fill one out so it was totally a scam. I said I didn't fill one out and I wasn't interested. She said Oh, ok and hung up.

Silent when you answer then hangs up.
