Caller: Claimed to be from Telstra but were not Clearly a call from India with the delayed speech in the call. Claimed to be from Telstra and wanted me to do a speed test on my modem. Couldn't tell me who my internet service provider was or my location, just kept saying there was a problem with my speed. I said that my speed and my modem were fine and asked where they got my phone number from, at which point they hung up on me.
