rang me very forceful so I hung up he then rang me back on a private number asked me why I hung up some nasty stuff and then he hung up

Really nasty, threatening "automated message" read out by a heavily accented man purporting to be from the Tax Office claiming tax evasion. Includes threats to 'forcibly recover' funds. Nasty scam artist.
