Got message on my PHO which is not listed, and has never been given to ATO. Scam saying to ring Nicky Johnston from tax office Urgently. Didn't call, is Hoax

What a joke, someone from ATO says I have a law suite against my name and my attorney needs to get in touch with them ASAP. Also reads me charges saying that I have defrauded the ATO! I must be famous!!

Got call says its urgent , from ato name nicky johnson , ph no. (02) 6064 2003. Call back otherwise action will taken , its scam dont call back

They are calling my 86 year old mother and leaving messages on her phone about twice per week. She has a silent number and this is distressing for her.

Recorded message from Kerry Walker from the ATO.

Same message on my home phone... but from 'Officer Terry Walker at ATO. Last week it was from Micky Johnson. They seem to be pushing their luck! I actually rang the Real ATO because I also received a cold call by an asian guy who I could not understand, but he claimed to be from the ATO. My issue with these calls was noted on the ATOs files.
The ATO told me to see if I could chat with them for a while in order to obtain more info from them so that the ATO would have more info to look into it with. Alas, I have only had more of these recorded calls to date.

Same as above. Message left on my phone many times saying it is Kerry Walker from ATO.

Nicky Johnson called, claiming to be from ATO. Urgent message to call her back. Fake American accent. Definitely not a normal English speaking person.

Message to return call to Nicky Johnston at ATO by myself or my lawyer. Issue is urgent and do not ignore. called back and getting disconnected as hoax number.
