Pretends to be commonwealth bank saying unauthorised transaction of $1800 has been attempted on your account. Blocked the number and reported to bank.

Came up on my phone as unanswered potential fraud call.

I didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number, and it said it was from Hermitage, Tasmania and I don't know anyone there. No message was left so I assume it was a scam as the other person has suggested here. Commonwealth Bank would notify you through their app, or would leave a message if they did call you.

Had a call from this number, missed it, no message left. Why a number in Tasmania should be calling me in WA, I can't imagine. As it is one day after someone else had a scam message from the same number (Thank you, Anonymous), I would think it was from the scammers again.

Pretends to be ANZ bank stating transaction has been attempted of $1200. When I hung up and re-called it the message was from Outreach BPL.
