Received phone call from this number. Let it go to voicemail. Got some dodgy recorded message about my passport being cancelled. Offered to speak to an operator in English or Chinese. Message was then repeated in Chinese (?)

Almost certainly the usual scam call: they butt into your life no matter what you're doing and then disconnect without bothering to speak.

This number came up as a Scam Call on my phone, so I declined the call. Although I didn't answer the call it automatically went to my message bank which was very disconcerting. The first part of the message was missing but what was there said something along the lines of "speak to an operator in English". I didn't listen any further and deleted the message. Definitely dodgy.

Phoned 12.20pm - number not recognised so not answered . No message left so suspect scam/spam
