At 11.12am a call from a female (foreign accent) claiming to be from "EZIBUY" (which I do buy Women's clothing from their catalogue, by phone) told me My account was to be debited $340 for my recent purchase when no purchase had been made by me recently. She rang on my landline phone and also stated my correct mobile phone details. Prior to this call I had actually received a sales promotion call at 10.29am from EZIBUY re some of their latest items. So I then contacted EZIBUY on their 1800 line and reported this matter to their SECURITY area for investigation as their phone line is possibly being HACKED? OR there is possibly an employee who is dishonest? THEY told me it will be investigated BUT cannot let me know the result/s BECAUSE OF PRIVACY LAWS???
