I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! I dont know where to begin with the list of faults I encountered with this Kmart Tyre and auto. From the moment i dropped my car off I had a bad vibe, the communication from them was poor and I was only informed part of the full price I was to be charged when I went to pick it up. Within a week 2 of my hub caps fell off and when I was terribly upset about this I spoke to them and was told hub caps fall off all the time. They were rude to me and were supposed to call me back in regards to getting some sort of compensation or even understainding and after 2 phone calls to them I still have not heard back from the manager. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Even after my service the car felt like it was running even worse. I wish had not bothered taking my car here just for the convenience of the location from my house.
