Constantly calls, we never pick up, and they never leave a message, so they cannot be legitimate. They annoy us with a constant stream of phoning our landline.

Survey Tank? Sounded like this 'Del' said Survey Town. Hard to understand with the Indian accent. The machine that called didn't quite hang up in time before my Message bank caught it. All the numbers similar to this get caught by my phone's ID service. Blocked.
