Claimed to be from Telstra IT department and sounded very official. Gave the name Stephen (though had Indian accent) and a job number. Said there were error messages from my modem / router. Asked me to download software to enable access to 5G for remote access to my computer so he could fix the problem. DO NOT FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS. YOU COULD BE GIVING ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER AND ALLOWING VIRUSES / MALWARE TO BE DOWNLOADED.
