I purchased a car with brand new mags , in the deal i got the old set of factory mags and tyres, 6 months later i try and change to factory mags but they wouldnt fit, I went to the car Yard and spoke to reece he walked over to my car and said they should fit. i said " they dont mate , i had a flat tyre and the spare wouldnt fit , he walked around the hole car and said they should fit every time he passed by a wheel. i said mate ive tried to put all the rims on today and they dont fit because of flange on the disc.everytime i said , please mate ive just told you i have physically tried to put on all the wheels .then reece said "im a mechanic" lol . its like saying "do you know who i am. so i said" so what,!!" im here today cause they dont fit on" and you keep telling me "they should" he just walked off into the office. next Jason the boss , the guy who sold me the car comes out of the office . he was in a aggressive stance. i said do you remember me, he said yeah trevor, i shook his hand and said imTravis. i rang you a few weeks after i bought the car cause i had a prob with sat/nav, but you were rude and arrogant and said that my car didnt have satnav , he said how is that rude and arrogant . i said because it does have sat nav,and you wouldnt help me. i was hurt that you made me out a liar,cause i said it does have sat nav factory fitted .. then he went off like a fire cracker.yelling at me"dont come in here pulling your weight" he was very aggressive voilent, sceaming at me to "get in here",poking me o the sholder.saying it 4 times pointing to a little room away from the office,i said im not going in there, calm down . how have i pulled my weight around, what did i say , your the one yelling .im here cause my wheels dont fit on. he just kept yelling over the top of me , he said there all the same they should fit on, still yelling i said ,your twice the size of me, im not here to fight you, . im here for your help. what did reece say i did,jason twice as big as me, was flexing his muscles and in my face saying he can get 20 men together , dont come in here pulling you weight around , he kept yelling trying to intimidate me, and i kept saying what have i done, calm down, yelling over the top over the top of me, im saying " im here cause i want your help, not to fight you, how have i pulled my weight?, he said "what did you say to my salesman he is in there nearly crying.i told jason that he said" they should fit" and he" was a mechanic" and i said , "so what", . " i say "why are you so aggressive, i came in here cause the wheels dont fit. , he said im a mechanic and i said so what and he stormed off. there was a bit more said about the wheels about the 3 or 4 mm diff that stoped the wheels from fitting, i said that holden had given me the measurments for the centre bore ,2007 model and 2008 models , he was still yelling saying , what holden dealer did you ring , what was his name , i said calm down, you dont need that imformation , im here cause my wheels dont fit, we walked over to the car, he is yelling there all the same,.i dont know if he was tring to make me leave, so he didnt have to deal with it , or reece said something to him that didnt happen, i said you had a 2008 model here as well , when i bought my car . could the wheels have gotten mixed up with my car , he said maybe , i said and my spare wheel doest fit either, , i told him that if any one should be angry it should be me, you traded my vt commadore for 800 telling me it wasnt worth anything, and me telling him it was a good car. at the time he said dont get upset if you see your car with 2999 on it , i said no buisness is buisennes, i told him i seen it advertised for 5000. he calmed down then and mumbled i have to pay reg and do a roadworthy, i sais there is buisness and there is unfair i told him. finnaly he said ill ring bob jane where the mags were fitted , . i saydrive down there and see what they i say. ok thanks , that would be good, went there and the guy said without looking are you taking the the hub ring off , i said is that the flange on the disc, i said i tried to get it off , but thought it was part of the disc , he said cause they heat up it will be siezed in there, i said thanks very much that was easy. Jason at concept cars in shepparton needs to do an anger management coarse, maybe he needs two or three, 2, he showed his true colours today ,he comes accross as a nice guy, lol , my problem was so easy to fix. you wont last long treating customers like that, , one thing i know you cant be nice and nasty, you are either , or. how stupid and imature is jason to yell and spit, and talk his bullsh*t, he looked so stupid , there were other people around, one woman even smiled at me , when he was in my face yelling, and my voice was getting quieter cause i was trying to calm him down and find what i had done. maybe i offended reece , but there is no law against that. but there are laws about intimadation and assult. aggresive behavior and threats. he touched me on the sholder , the police told me that is assault, i told him was, i still have no idea why he thought i was pushing my weight around. maybe cause i said "so what" to reece, when he said im a mechanic. its the truth, doesnt matter if you are a mechanic or a brain surgen , the wheel still dont fit , what ever prior work history he has, Jason the hot head and reece the sook,jason said reece was in there nearly crying, i think he needs to find a better salesman, he sounded like a c0ck head when he said, "they should fit, im a mechanic." why coulnt he tell me why they wouldnt fit, actually i think they didnt believe me when i said they dont fit, hot heads dont run buisnesses they go broke, he threatened me with 20 men, the audio recording is a bit muffeled when he says this so im not sure what the threat is excatly. but it was a threat. Never in my 49 years have i seen a owner of a buisness act like that, reece wasnt the best comunicator, repeating several times ," they should fit", if reece was in there nearly crying, cause i said "so what ". What a sook. if your gonna make statements like that , you need to be able to back it up. like jason throwing around threats of 20 men , and then we will see whos pushing there weight , well ,people who make threats only make threats, people like jason ,they are wimps , and only make threats. to people smaller than them when i said the way he treated me last time , he was rude and arrogant. thats when he started spiting and putting his face in my face. how funny is that? he could not even talk like a man to me , he wanted me to go in the back room and for me to fight him like an animal. lol what a joke, i told him, he is rude and arrogant, and he got voilent, and aggressive, and abusive, how funny ??, what a fXXk HxxD. Nice people are Nice. Nasty people are Nasty but can pretend to be Nice ,.....but thats fake , the nice is fake, a typycal used car salesman, not reece , he is a mechanic. then how come he didnt say has it got hub rings, thats what a mechanic who knew about wheels would say. jason and reece lack the skills it takes to be saleman or deal with the public. some human husbandry skills wouldnt go astray Lack of Self-Confidence Emotion Overload , Poor Communication Skills
