Caller: CLH collections

Shepparton Victoria, CLH is a debt collecting agency who operate on behalf of various companies including afterpay. They are rude, they harrass you and threaten you, don't bother complaining to them about their behavior, go back to the company you owe money to and pay them directly just so those rude people don't get commission for recovering your debt. You'll call them set up a payment plan and then someone will call you 2 hours later asking why you haven't paid, then they'll check the notes and realize. Same if you've paid up your debt, they'll send you texts (which is the only time you'll know it's CLH, they usually say they are calling on behalf of such & such) continuously reminding you to pay even though you've paid and they'll call you a week after you've paid your debt off and still ask for payment and then check the notes and go oh, sorry and just hang up.
