Stated that they were from VISA/Mastercard and that some suspicious activity was noted on my account, ( 2 x overnight payments from AMAZON online shopping in the USA) wouldn't state which account or account holders name. Instead requested I tell them my bank details so they could confirm/verify the suspicious activity.
