Said he was from Telstra and wanted me to turn on my computer to check my internet, so I assume he was the same person

I don't have an account with Telstra but get these calls on the home phone telling me my computer has been hacked. Call seemed to originate from overseas.

These theives called me multiple times today. Indian scammers pretending to be from Telstra Technical Support. How stupid are these people?
Telstra should do something but of course, they claim there is nothing they can do since the calls originate overseas. BULL****.

These Indians call me multiple times a day to my Telstra phone. Never get calls to my other phones with different carriers. Telstra will not do a thing to help.
Scammers are trying to get personal info to steal money, and the multi-billion dollar company Telstra, reckons they can not do a thing? This is why I am ending my service with Telstra and going elsewhere.
