Hung up when answered

Caller: Jim from the Wine Group

After multiple late night calls from various numbers that appear to be from the Wine Group, I didn’t answer the call. I did immediately call if back out of frustration. The number was immediately answered by Jim, who sounds like a local Australian, or perhaps an American. I limited the conversation so I can’t be anymore specific. Upon his answering, I immediately told him to take me off the list. He proceeded to tell me they were having 80% of wine, before I demanded he take me off the call list. He was polite, apologized, and said he would take me off the list. I don’t believe it…but we shall see. I blocked the number, just in case…like I have blocked the other 20 numbers. Boy this guy gets around.

That wine group crowd definitely have a stack of numbers on file. This is another of those.

Tried selling me wine with an offer of 80% off. I told him I’m not interested and he kept talking so I interrupted and told him” listen I’m not interested, I do not drink” he says yes I understand BUt….. I said IM AN EX ALCOHOLIC I DO NOT DRINK IM NOT INTERESTED he says, I understand that but it’s 80% off
I promptly told him he’s an idiot n hung up

Rang once and hung up!
